I keep waking up with stupid 80's songs in my head....WHY?! I don't listen to any music before I go to bed, yet I wake up with songs that I haven't heard in YEARS and it's usually one flippin' verse or the chorus and it goes OVER AND OVER AND OVER......CRAPPPPPPPPPPPP! 'ONNNNLLLYYYY ONLY THE LONELY CAN...' however the hell that is finished. See! I don't even know all of the fucking words YET I"M SINGING THE DAMN SONG!? I despise people who do that! ARGH!!!!!!
So wanna hear about my most recent dealings with the government, oh come on you know you do, it'll be FUN! let's go.....
ok so I apply for student aid, well they don't get my application (I'm doing everything online btw) so I submit yet ANOTHER application and this time I call about the status and I'm told that since my last name on my social security card doesn't match the last name I applied with, my file has been flagged and can go no further. Ok what do I do? Well I have to go correct my name on my application online..not a problem I'll go do that now...NO I FUCKING WON'T!
I have to have a PIN number well to get a PIN number I have to use my maiden name (the one in the SS records) ok fine apply for a PIN with old name. Now I get to wait 3 days to get the PIN, ok today (Saturday) the PIN is in my email box, GREAT! I'll just jet over to the website pick up my PIN and go correct my application and we'll be good! NOPE! ain't gonna happen....Why? you ask.....WELL this is why;
My PIN is in my madien name (CA) and my application is in my married name (MC) soooo I have to go THROUGH the PIN site to login, ok I login with madien name (CA) then the student aid people take THAT login to find my application...well they are looking for CA not MC...so do they find it?? HELL FUCKING DAMN SCREWING NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in a sorry ass government LOOP of all sonofabitchin' things! AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! The PIN people have me as CA and the aid people have me as MC! so NEITHER ONE CAN FIND THE OTHER!!!?!?!?!?!? how am I suppose to change ANYTHING that way?
I did get my student aid report (they of course told me I didn't qualify for anything, sorry ass.....nevermind..) so I'll correct THAT and send it back to them, in the meantime however I'm applying for private loans.
I HATE THE GOVERNMENT!
Ok that is my rant for the day, I'm severely ticked off because my tuition is due 8/31 and it takes everyone 1.5 weeks to do ANYTHING! grrrrrrrrr
