  • PUBLIC NOTICE

I won't be writing for a few days because I am in this horrible writer's block type funk thing.  It's hard to describe, I have ideas and start to write them down but then hate them.  So maybe it's just full fledged writer's block, dunno, never really had it (until now).  ANYWAY, I won't be writing on Xanga for about 4 days or so, as much as I want to having to use the little bit of creativity I have left to write a blog is NOT making my job of writing English and Interior Insights papers any easier (that was the hardest sentence you've read in a while wasn't it?).  So I will be spewing my creative juices somewhere else for just a little while, promise I'll be back with interesting things to read, really I will.

And just so you know, I have noticed that my writing here has been on the stupid, stinky, 'oh my gawd I can't believe that she really thinks we care about this shit' side.  So a break is needed.

In the meantime, read my archives, catch up on me and then you can comment here about what an absolutely cool-ass person I am and how you wish you had subscribed sooner.  Or, you could just leave me props of luck for my creativity to return soon.  By Friday would be best seeing as I have papers due next Monday.

Thanks everyone, and DON'T LEAVE ME! I'LL BE BACK, REALLY I WILL!!!!!!!!! At the latest it'll be Tuesday, if I can hold out that long...

    Love and not-so-creative closings...

    TM.

  • I completely understand what you're talking about. I go through those moments everyday. Haven't you read mine? LOL Not too interesting! I hope you return soon!

  • Here's some "writer's laxative" to get your smooth writing moves.

  • Darlin, you just rock...I could talk natural birthing with you all day ;)

Before the hyster (which kinda uh..stops any thought of natural birth from this girly), I invested a whole heap o' time and money in researching birthing, mothering and ways to do them both naturally. I subbed to La Leche, Compleat Mother, amongst others..I read Ina May Gaskin till I was blue in the face, and ingested everything at http://www.mothering.com/ - I learned so much, and became wonderfully familiar with the various methods.

It's so utterly fabulous to find another woman who isn't afraid to support natural (albeit..well..with an epidural, if we can find one to have at home!) birthing.
    You rock, babe!

  • Well it happens to the best of them...Don't worry, you'll have your loyal subs, and probably more when you get back.

  • You are cool, don't have to check the archives, good luck!

  • No worries. Have a nice rest and enjoy your time away. I won't leave ya.

  • Hopefully, your muse will return shortly.

  • I'm in that same funk, if you haven't already noticed.  Ugh...it will get better....or so they say.

  • But just think, some people spend their whole entire lives without writing down one interesting thing.....

don't worry about it- next week you'll be back on top!

  • sending some creativity vibes ~~~~~~~~~

  • Good luck on your papers... Your updates will be missed. Speaking of papers, I have about 3 papers to do.. hmmmm guess I should get started, huh? I have been neglecting my Xanga site for a few days.. Isn't that punishment enough? Good grief!!!~ Thank you for your comment on my site. lol. You have so many lovely ways to describe crappy situations!! I love it.. Decaying donkey dicks.. lol...Great.

  • I feel the block too. It's much too big, sometimes. Sisyphusian, in fact.
