  • Well, we're getting our $200 out of the GameCube.  I went out yesterday for some last minute halloween things (black lightbulbs and film, will post pics soon!) and came home with;



    AND....



    BT said that he didn't want Monkey Ball, "Oh, no I just play Mario, I don't need Monkey Ball."  Well he stayed up LATE last night, and didn't even want to go trick-or-treating, just wanted to play MB!!   We all love it, it is SUPER FUN!  SIS, you HAVE GOT to come and play it, you'll abso-fucking-lutely LOVE IT!!!!


    We were at my moms last night and she asked BT if he liked Apple Pie, he replied "yeah, but I never had it before." So mom asks, "You haven't?" BT replies, "No, but I have Monkey Ball!"


    Now my mom didn't know that we had just purchased MB not 4 hours earlier so she was a little confused as to what in the hell my child was talking about. 


    We haven't tried Animal Crossing yet, that's more for DH and myself, so we'll have to wait until next week when BT goes back to his normal bedtime routine.  He's been able to stay up late with us this first week of new Nintendo.

    And am in LOVE with it.  Haven't watched the DVD yet but soon, VERY soon!


     


    So ya like the graphics? I've had these sitting in a file forever, just now found them! Thanks for all the compliments on the header, I LOVE it also.  Paint Shop Pro is a BEAUTIFUL thing! OH YEAH!

  • Well I am warning you now that when you put Animal Crossing in you need to have the next few hours available because once you start figuring everything out you just do not want to quit playing. I have literally spent a whole day playing it. At first it starts a little slow but after you play for three days it is so much fun! Did you buy the strategy guide? If not it is worth the money lots of cool things I would have never figured out... Monkey Ball is fun too my four year old loves it. It took her a little while to figure out how to do everything but now it is her favorite.I will say I would not waste the money on Pac Man Fever BORING my children hate it and they love all games.

  • Glad to hear it's been worth the money!  WOW, a kid willing to give up trick-or-treating...that's serious.  Really nice graphics btw...very cool!
