Merry Christmas to ME!
This is mine, ALLLLL MINE!!! It took hell, highwater, a cocky General Manager, a stupid Sales Manager and the nicest Salesguy I've ever met; but we got it and it's ours...NOW MrBastage, will you read my blog? I did this JUST for you!!!!

Her name is Black Bessie AKA 'The Bitch'
It is a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder LE, complete with Navigation system, Entertainment system and 6-disc CD changer, and power moon/sun roof OH! and black leather interior!!! HOOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!
I told DH this past Saturday as we were waking up, "Honey, we need to get the van serviced and all that before we leave." He grumbled something about setting up an appointment. I then said, "Or, ya know we could just go get a new car!" He looked up and said "Uhhh, ok." I replied, "Well you see, I'm like 90% serious." He then told me to look into it and I got online, got pre-approval through my current auto loan people and we went to numerous dealerships. To make a TRULY LOOONNNGGG story short, we ended up getting better financing through Carmax and a DAMN GOOD DEAL on one SWEET ASS RIDE!!!! I'm so stinkin' excited. After we get back from FL (or during probably, because my laptop will come with us) I'll be posting her vacation pictures, you know, on the beach, at the resort, all that!
Why am I posting pictures of my car?
BECAUSE I LOVE HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROTTEN KIDS!
I keep hearing childless people say, "Well if the parents are so good why are their kids so rotten?" Well, you see I'm under the tree of; "Parents should do everything they can, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, there ARE just plain ROTTEN kids out there."
There are also plain rotten parents but we all know that.

As for the ebay auction. I promise myself that I will NEVER be that kind of parent. IMO becoming a parent meant that I would love that child unconditionally. I might not always like them but I promised to love them and never give up on them or disown them. And these people wonder why their children "caused so much grief"
PS advice to parents that might not be aware.... it is ok to say NO and is even good every so often!

As for the kids, I have to agree with you-I tend to blame the parents a lot, but there are indeed some just plain rotten kids out there born to good parents. I agree with verona that is is SO ok to say NO to kids! They need it.

As for the Rotten Kids....the parents seem kinda disturbed to be selling ics of their kids on ebay....it's funny as hell, but you can kinda see where the kids got it.
