  • We're debating about selling again.  We're going to look into FSBO when we get back from FL.  I don't really want to go through that hassle but I'm suffocating here in 'Suburbia'.

I've been looking at houses and I've come to the conclusion that realtors can't take a decent picture to save their lives, and they wouldn't know a good angle if it bit 'em in the ass.  BUT, they do at least get the point across that the house resembles something of its picture.  These are the ones that I really like, so far....each one is on 5+ acres, thankyouverymuch.

IT HAS A POOL!!!!!! And almost 9 acres!

It's in a weird location, like an island of trees surrounded by pastures that belong to other people, I see surrounding subdivisions in this house's future....(but the location is good)

Almost 6 acres and it's in TN and on a Mtn..how cool!!

This one is my favorite, aside from the first one.  7 Acres and a POOL!! WHEEEEEEE!!!

  • I like the 2nd one best.  It looks really rustic and cute.

  • I like the last one! There are things about my house that I hate but overall I just don't want to deal with moving. The neighborhood is perfect and I know eventually I will get around to painting and stripping the paint off the fireplaces (why do people paint brick?). I hope you guys find the perfect place and hope it does not need repairs, lol (that being said because of my roof ordeal). Now is a good time to buy. Good luck with your search.

  • I'm rooting for the last one!! Although...I do like Tennessee... Hmm...

  • I agree about #2 house, they are doing the same thing across the road from me... cleared lots sell to big suburb neighborhoods you are wise to notice..the house is really cute tho!!!

    that fourth house looks huge!

  • Okay, I like #2 and #4 the best I think. Although you also have to consider the inside, what the land is like, etc. 5 acres sounds wonderful though . . . .
